Choreo Software ("Choreo Software," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our website or software platform (collectively, the "Services"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

Billing information: processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe (Choreo Software does not directly store full payment card numbers)

Content and data you input, upload, or connect to the platform in the course of using our software (for example, campaign data, marketing content, or CRM records you connect through an integration)
Information collected automatically:
Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, click patterns, and other analytics about how you interact with the Services

Information from third parties:

Certain features of the Services use artificial intelligence and machine learning to generate outputs, recommendations, or automations based on the data you provide or connect. We do not use your account content or connected customer data to train AI models for the benefit of other customers or the general public. Data you input is used to generate outputs for your account only, unless you separately and explicitly opt in to any program that uses aggregated or de-identified data for model improvement. If our practices in this area change, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, seek your consent.

Service providers: with third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting and infrastructure, analytics, and customer support tools, under confidentiality and data protection obligations

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
